Academic world is good in catalyzing research, corporate world is good in providing use cases and real-life experience and challenges. As such, Workforce 3.0 Africa Summit has designed a panel compromising of practitioners and the academic cycle to inspire synergy between the practicing world and the academic world. A good practice makes a good technology better as opposed to exploring a good technology to improve a bad practice. This informed our decision on having a blended panel.
